Patterns invading spaces
Client: Longstory
Delivery: Concept, Patterns, Photo session
'Home patterns' is our personal design project exploring the space and digital representation of objects.
Black and white patterns take over the home space. Initially treated as an unexpected guest, they imperceptibly settle in inside. They find their place in the new space and become part of it.
"Home patterns" is an interpretation of the concept of a home fireplace, counterproposition to delicate and neutral patterns usually used in private spaces. The inspiration of everyday surroundings is reflected by warm and familiar names, such as "Quilt" or "Toast". The titles contrast with clean and expressive patterns.
For the needs of the photo session, we constructed solids covered with patterns.
