According to Construction Global* magazine, Skanska is the 5th largest construction company in the world and the first to implement LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification globally in its investments.
 
Nowa Fabryczna is an office investment of Skanska in Łódź, located in the vicinity of the Fabryczna Railway Station and the New Centre of Łódź - an ambitious investment project combining the areas of culture and business.

Working closely with Skanska's team, we co-created the investment communication strategy. Storytelling was based on juxtaposing the industrial history of Łódź with the city's future development opportunities. We designed the logo and visual identification of the investment and printed and digital promotional materials. The logo referred to the form of the investment, and in all communication we strongly emphasized the ecological solutions of the building (LEED, green terraces) and modern social assumptions (placemaking, woonerf).
